  • Kristin Erdmann spent the past 20 years in Human Resources roles with companies in a variety of industries.

    Graduating from North Dakota State University, Kristin began her career in Fargo, ND at a manufacturing company and then transitioned to hospitality. It was in hospitality that she found an expansive network with an opportunity to join Hilton Hotels Corporation in Minneapolis, MN. During her time in hospitality, she expanded her HR career into the Training and Development realm, becoming a certified Achieve Global Trainer for regional hotels.

    In 2008, Kristin made the switch to professional services, an architecture firm. Being a part of an industry, impacted tremendously by the economic downturn of 2009, she strategically researched and became a subject matter expert to be of support to the workforce for resources developed to support those laid off.

    For the past 10 years, Kristin spent her career in healthcare, exercising her skills in recruiting, leave of absence management, performance management, leadership training and coaching, policy and procedure development, compensation management and benefits administration. After managing through COVID, she took some personal time to relocate and now enjoys the peace and tranquility that nature provides, affording a blend of work and life in a smaller community.
